Using New Outlook on Windows for professional communication and productivity
Thanks. Now can you tell me how to get Microsoft to stop arbitrarily dropping my emails into my Junk email? I have to go through it daily to recover emails I actually need.

How do I enable copy and paste in the new outlook?
I am not able to directly copy any documents from Explorer and then go to the email that I am working on to paste onto the emial. Before with the Old Outlook I was able to to do this easily but the New Outlook requires me to go to the "paper clip" Icon above then search thru the Explorer to find the file then the specific documents(which couple be hundred documents); this process takes sometime 5 miniuets to find the exact document to copy and paste. I need to do it the Old Outlook ways or "Classic" format so that I can do just the cut and paste as mentioned earlier of this email. Pleas advise ASAP thanks.

Not an exact solution to copy and pasting files but maybe related.
We recently discovered that you can no longer copy and paste images with transparency layers in it. If a user edits the image or makes a drawing change that would cause it to then include a transparency (IE editing in Snaggit Editor) the copy and paste will not work. Cropping so it no longer has a transparency layer fixes this issue.
I suspect when it comes to text copy and pasting, it maybe due to special formatting outside what New Outlook can handle. We discovered similar issues in New Teams as well. Therefore we actually think the main issue stems from WebView2.
As you say, they don't listen. I used to be able to go into the 'sent' mail and find one based on the 'sent to' name or at least the subject. That's gone, too. Now have to scroll and scroll and scroll to find it.
