How do I enable copy and paste in the new outlook?

I am not able to directly copy any documents from Explorer and then go to the email that I am working on to paste onto the emial. Before with the Old Outlook I was able to to do this easily but the New Outlook requires me to go to the "paper clip" Icon above then search thru the Explorer to find the file then the specific documents(which couple be hundred documents); this process takes sometime 5 miniuets to find the exact document to copy and paste. I need to do it the Old Outlook ways or "Classic" format so that I can do just the cut and paste as mentioned earlier of this email. Pleas advise ASAP thanks.

I agree. The new Microsoft is the worst yet! Programmers need to remember that accounting people, and business people, simply want to the cut and past the product they have developed and send it via Outlook!

Outlook IS a Microsoft product, isn't it? So MAKE IT COMPATIBLE! I know one thing--programmers are very smart--and stubborn--and for that they'll lose also smart business people who have a need for a "compatible" product--and a certainly more "compatible" company to work with!

    Disappointed again,

    Pat Frank

Have you noticed that all the solutions people have come up with here involve some form of "keyboard gymnastics" to overcome a ridiculous flaw that Microsoft should be ashamed of??? I have actually come up with (in my opinion) is the best solution....I've established a gmail account....and will transition to that account in my own time...taking pleasure with each contact I move over to the new account. Sometime in the future, I'll treat myself to a cake and ice cream as I delete the obsolete husk of my Outlook account into cyber oblivion!

I agree the new outlook is a total mess and i hope they get rid of it and bring back something close to the old version. This version for me is a waste of time i have gone back to just using aol and Gmail without going to outlook. I hate it so much. It use to be the best now it is the worse.

Very upset and wish i never got Outlook at all.
