How do I enable copy and paste in the new outlook?
I am not able to directly copy any documents from Explorer and then go to the email that I am working on to paste onto the emial. Before with the Old Outlook I was able to to do this easily but the New Outlook requires me to go to the "paper clip" Icon above then search thru the Explorer to find the file then the specific documents(which couple be hundred documents); this process takes sometime 5 miniuets to find the exact document to copy and paste. I need to do it the Old Outlook ways or "Classic" format so that I can do just the cut and paste as mentioned earlier of this email. Pleas advise ASAP thanks.

As you say, they don't listen. I used to be able to go into the 'sent' mail and find one based on the 'sent to' name or at least the subject. That's gone, too. Now have to scroll and scroll and scroll to find it.
What bothers me is the name of this thread is Microsoft Answers. It should be Microsoft Never Listens. Surely someone can fix such a small problem as this. It is easily done in Old Outlook. What is the problem? Enough said.
This is ridiculous! It hamstrings me many times a day. Today, I attempted to copy text from one Outlook email into another, and it wouldn't even allow that! I will definitely be switching to gmail!
I have lost countless documents in the last few months because I thought they were mailed (using the new outlook mail) Now I am beginning to find out they were never sent. Some of these documents were court documents and were time sensitive. I am still trying to find out what was sent or not sent, I have switched back to Windows Mail and will continually to use it until next December, then make the decision rather to switch or change emails? Yes, it sucks
