How do I enable copy and paste in the new outlook?

I am not able to directly copy any documents from Explorer and then go to the email that I am working on to paste onto the emial. Before with the Old Outlook I was able to to do this easily but the New Outlook requires me to go to the "paper clip" Icon above then search thru the Explorer to find the file then the specific documents(which couple be hundred documents); this process takes sometime 5 miniuets to find the exact document to copy and paste. I need to do it the Old Outlook ways or "Classic" format so that I can do just the cut and paste as mentioned earlier of this email. Pleas advise ASAP thanks.

David, Thank you for answering. However, this just confirms what I've gotten from other source. I am outragged that MicroS can allow such blunder of not able to take away a very basic copy paste on the New Outlook. My business in Real estate development, as many others, count on multi tasking and quicly pivoting information instantly and easily is what we depend to get on to the next tasks. Now, the one feature that we depend on to do our job is taken away for no reason that I can see. The people that development these program are not street people and they do things in a vacume and have no pragmatic experience.

If this is the only email that answers my question then it is pretty laim. My last resort is to ask if there is anyway I can re-install my Old Outlook version into my PC and work seamlessly with the 356 Office apps? Or if MicroS is planning to redesign this problem and reissue the app....not likely. Either way, this has taken me 2 working days to find this out after searching with Geeksquad, and they don't have an immediate answers. I hope you have better answer than the nice email you sent me. I am very frustrated.

    regards, Don

David, Yes, your answer is positively accepted and I will try using the older version. For that I thank you. I do not regret sharing my opinion on the New outlook app., it remains a big mistake.

    Best Don

I have to agree, the Snipping tool is another huge blunder. They attempted to copy Adobe with no success. As an investigator that relies on gathering information from many sources it is frustrating that the previous versions were superior to this "upgrade" The MS engineers should hire capable people that understand workflow.

This seems very unreasonable that Microsoft wants you to experience "NEW" only to make things more difficult. Yes time is very important when you are trying to be productive.. This is no help at all. Can you not just simply fix it? instead of all the work arounds.
