how do I add a note to an email using outlook

Thank you so much! Also found it finally on the standard ribbon.

No matter which priority I put things in, unless I put Subject or Sender lower-priority than Follow Up Flag, the Follow Up text doesn't appear ...

Is there a way to create a note about that stays with the email? An example of this is... I receive an email. I follow up with a call about this email with the person that sent it but during our discussion we determine more information is needed, and the other person says they will get back to me about "xyz". I then want to note that in the email and flag it for future follow up. I don't want to have to open an e-mail and a "Sticky Note" to follow up on this email. I also don't want my note to be part of the email since I may have to respond or forward this email to someone and don't want others to see my personal notes about the email.

I'm having the same issue.
I'm using Outlook Webapp.
I'm using a Mac computer and Firefox browser. All are up to date.

I have tried the suggestion that was made elsewhere in this tread, namely to go to: [...] - [Actions] - [edit message] - add note - save message after adding note.
My guess is this only works for messages you have composed yourself. I was looking for a way to add a note - or a memo in any other form would also be fine - to a message somebody else sent me.
There are some things I need to follow up before replying to this message, and a quick note with things to do before replying that can be attached to the message somehow would be extremely helpful.

Is it possible do link a personal memo to a message received from others in the Outlook web app on Mac in Firefox?
If not, I'd also like to know so I'm not spending time looking for something that does not exist.
