    Why you NEVER put print screens on your answers? 90% of the help here refers to features that don't exist in my own outlook-office.

    I have the same question. I have looked everywhere for the "Notes" button on Microsoft Outlook desktop. I have the version Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise, Version 2309 Build 16827.20278. I have looked on the desktop as well as logged on to the 365 web version and do not find it either place. Please help
