New Outlook Layout - How do I add more columns (Size of Mail) to the inbox?

I am now using Outlook for Mac, version 16.79.3 (23120117) and am extremely surprised by the new layout, which is missing various information / settings.

For example, how do I add additional columns (such as Size of Mail) to the Inbox?

I also wanted to switch back to the old version. -> Legacy Outlook. But after the switch I have to enter all email accounts again. However, when entering the account under IMAP, the "Next" button is highlighted in light grey and cannot be pressed. Email accounts can therefore not be entered.

    Also complaining - I have just tried to switch, having ignored the new app for many months...first thing I tried to do was add columns. I thought it was me doing something wrong, so have wasted an hour. Amazing tis functionality doesn't exist.

    UIninstalling the new app, keeping the old.

    Why the hell would Microsoft remove the columns to and from and size from the freakin email columns . . thats like "day one stuff" for email . . and then . .remove any ability to add them? Do they use email still at Microsoft? This is essential?

    I am gonna make two assumptions...

    1. Microsoft cares more about how 'New' Outlook looks than how it functions/how useful it is;
    2. They will add these features 'back' in future, at a higher subscription price!

    The biggest issue with switching 'back' to Classic Outlook... it reclassifies ALL your emails, sending many to 'Junk' and there seems to be no way to select multiple messages to move back to Inbox???

    I am also a frustrated user...

    Hey Microsoft Knowledgeable Experts are you there!

    Any advice or acknowledgement of missing functionality?

    "Talk to the hand, 'cos Microsoft don't listen...".

    Give users 'new' functionality, then take it away and ask them to pay extra for it!
