Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
It's shocking they haven't listened to feedback and fixed it by now. I explained this is why I'm going back to old Outlook, and this came up -

I am now using Outlook for Mac, version 16.79.3 (23120117) and am extremely surprised by the new layout, which is missing various information / settings.
For example, how do I add additional columns (such as Size of Mail) to the Inbox?
I also wanted to switch back to the old version. -> Legacy Outlook. But after the switch I have to enter all email accounts again. However, when entering the account under IMAP, the "Next" button is highlighted in light grey and cannot be pressed. Email accounts can therefore not be entered.

It's frustrating that Microsoft make it sooooo difficult to make suggestions, or give Feedback - but I guess that's their intention!
For instance, in the Android version of the Outlook app, if you select 'Help and Feedback' it takes you somewhere irrelevant!
Probably worth adding your votes to these as well, as the one you've linked to has been logged under the classic Outlook category and not under 'Outlook (New)', so it might not get picked up as quickly.
