Email reminder and follow up in New Outlook missing

It has been 2025 already and this feature is not yet "implemented". Maybe microsoft forgot about it.

I think the best we are ever going to get is:

1. Snooze an Inbox email

I have been doing this "custom" date/time on Flag for Follow Up and still am not receiving any notification messages/pop ups. Am I doing something wrong? I have checked all of the settings in new Outlook and Windows.

Please help this was an incredibly important feature for my old memory!

No idea sorry. I wish software companies would stop 'improving' programmes that work fine.
