Hi.

I am currently using 'New Outlook'. Previously I was able to set a reminder/follow up on the email either before or after sending as a reminder to do so.

Sadly I cannot find it. Has it been omitted?

This was a very important tool, please reinstate this incredibly useful and productive feature.

Loving all these posts from real workers sticking it to the MS Machine who think they know better.

Wow, you've known about this since 2023 and Microsoft still can't fix this? I'm sure millions of users use this feature all the time. What a disappointment!

If you have, or buy, a paid Microsoft 365 subscription that includes "Desktop versions of ... Outlook" (not the "Microsoft 365 Business Basic" plan), you do not have to switch to the New Outlook.

If you do not want to subscribe to a paid Microsoft 365 plan to get Classic Outlook, then you might want to consider buying a license for Office Home & Business 2024. This includes Outlook 2024. The latest version of the full featured, Classic, desktop, stand alone, perpetual license Outlook. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/p/office-home-business-2024/cfq7ttc0pbm7
