Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Thank you - just to be clear, can be the new account be set up as the old one but still use the new Outlook? if so, how is this done?

Hi.
I am currently using 'New Outlook'. Previously I was able to set a reminder/follow up on the email either before or after sending as a reminder to do so.
Sadly I cannot find it. Has it been omitted?
This was a very important tool, please reinstate this incredibly useful and productive feature.

Could you clarify yourself a bit more?
If this is regarding my reply to lori72one, it doesn't apply to you, since she asked about Classic Outlook where she lost the ability to set follow up reminders. There it depends on the account type.
Setting follow up reminders in New Outlook doesn't depend on the account type; The feature simply hasn't been implemented yet ;-)
Yes that is exactly what happened. It was originally configured as a POP account and switched to IMAP. Thanks for the link. Hopefully we’ll get this back.

Thank you for the link "Roady (MVP)". This is easy enough and works for me. Appreciate your help.
Still trying to figure out this thread, so I apologize if too many replies came your way. I tried using the tips that were on the link you sent regarding dragging/dropping an email into the task with right click. It's easy for me and works and exactly what I was looking for.
