Email reminder and follow up in New Outlook missing

Hi.

I am currently using 'New Outlook'. Previously I was able to set a reminder/follow up on the email either before or after sending as a reminder to do so.

Sadly I cannot find it. Has it been omitted?

This was a very important tool, please reinstate this incredibly useful and productive feature.

Yes that is exactly what happened. It was originally configured as a POP account and switched to IMAP. Thanks for the link. Hopefully we’ll get this back.

Thank you - just to be clear, can be the new account be set up as the old one but still use the new Outlook? if so, how is this done?

Could you clarify yourself a bit more?

If this is regarding my reply to lori72one, it doesn't apply to you, since she asked about Classic Outlook where she lost the ability to set follow up reminders. There it depends on the account type.

Setting follow up reminders in New Outlook doesn't depend on the account type; The feature simply hasn't been implemented yet ;-)

Thanks! I will recommend you to read the below reply, it is also a good thing - and maybe it is the same you are doing.

Thank you - I tried and it works. It is a lot of time consuming compared with how it was for me before, but at least there is a work around :-)
