Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
We have talking about this for 2 years they obviously don't care. Or more importantly not interested in what their Micorsoft Community members have to say.

Hello!
On the "Old version" of Outlook, it was relatively straightforward to add a send delay of, for example, 1 minute to outgoing emails, where the email is automatically stored in "Outgoing messages" for 1 minute before it is sent to the recipient. During this time you could make any changes to the email - re-read it, check and correct potential typos, etc. This could be done via a custom rule.
However, in the "New Outlook", this functionality appears to be removed. I was able to find an option to "Undo Send" for 10 seconds after send-out, however, 10 seconds isn't a lot of time.
Is it possible to add a send-delay to outgoing email in the "New Outlook" or was this functionality removed from the software?

This is a basic, required feature that must be added before New Outlook can be used.
Hi! Following up to see if there is anything new on this.
Delay send is HUGE for my department as we work with very sensitive data and it allows an added security should an email or attachment be entered incorrectly.
That doesn't work in New Outlook. Yes, that's how I already have it set up in Old Outlook but it doesn't work anymore in New Outlook.

you were also able to set a permanent delay until you told it to send by switching off the send and receive button in the advanced settings. Like many I am not moving (unless the IT department say I have to) as this is a huge no no for me
