I have been blocked from my hotmail account, ******@hotmail.com, filled out form many times and they just say can't unblock at this time, please try again. I need this account unblocked, as it is attached to many accounts and I need to keep in touch with my Doctors. It is so frustrating when one cannot contact Microsoft.

    Hello,

    I am kicking myself in the **** for not making a backup of my backup. all of my pictures are in my onedrive. I am a emotional wreck over this. 30yrs of memories.

    I am the same Microsoft telling me my account is blocked filled out all the necessary forms three times said would be contacted within 24 hours nothing even giving a different email address to be contacted from

    Hi,

    l've gone through this process several times with no success. is there a contact number that l can speak to someone about sorting this out as l've currently go no way of gaining access to my hotmail account at the moment. Please can you advise on the next steps

    So ridiculous i am also locked out and can not get back in. Even tried the mobile code and it’s not working. Has anyone got back in? How do you go about accessing facebook or instagram. Frustarting that microsoft do not reply or help. What a joke. Eapecially when phone numbers are connected to accounts.

    I'm having the same issues, I have had my email address for years now but don't really use it for emailing people only for shopping etc, I have tried numerous times to get into it but no luck, someone please help 😢
