I have been blocked from my hotmail account, ******@hotmail.com, filled out form many times and they just say can't unblock at this time, please try again. I need this account unblocked, as it is attached to many accounts and I need to keep in touch with my Doctors. It is so frustrating when one cannot contact Microsoft.

    Seems like I've been added to the "naughty list" too... been trying unblock my hotmail account since end of October and getting nowhere - tried all the normal channels and advice to no avail. I'm desperate now ... The "Back Up Email" i must have used was a previous work email and I no longer work there so cant access that one. Tried adding my account to the Microsoft Authenticator App to get a code - big fat zero with that too!

    Microsoft ... PLEASE HELP ALL OF US ... if anyone has resolved their own problem with it - share how you did it!

    It keeps telling me my Hotmail is blocked or I won’t let me back in it or I can’t get back in or it won’t update my emails

    It takes me to a recovery form then tells me it can’t recover it even though all the info is correct. Got the new iPhone 16 but forgot my Hotmail password. Entered wrong password too many times and been locked out for almost two days. About ready to say **** Hotmail and Microsoft all together.

    I have the same problem. I just changed the password yesterday and my account was fine. Today, suddenly, it was blocked! The phone verification is not working and there are no options of other veirifcation methods! I have tried the recovery form, the reinstatement form and they all respond to me saying i verify via phone which i already said is not working!!!! I have reset my password twice and just end up with the "accoumt is blocked" message!
