How do I migrate my calendar events to the new Outlook from Windows 10 calendar?

I understand that you want to migrate your calendar events from Windows 10 Calendar to the new Outlook for Windows. There is no direct way to do that. You have to export your calendar from Windows 10 Calendar and import it to Outlook.

To export your calendar from Windows 10 Calendar, you can follow these steps:

• Open the Calendar app and click on the gear icon at the bottom left corner.
• Click on Manage Accounts and select the account that you want to export.
• Click on Settings and sharing and then click on Export calendar.
• Save the zip file to your computer and extract it. You should see an .ics file inside.

Hi Sola.

Thanks for the reply. When I click on the gear icon, I don't get the option for "settings" under my account. The only options I get are "Change mailbox sync settings" or "Delete account from this device." I can't find any options anywhere in the Calendar app to export and the only sharing option asks me to enter an email to share the calendar with.

There is no export option.

There is no export option on the DELL PC Windows 10 version of outlook. Is there another solution?

Your instructions are wrong, how about you tell us the right way to do it or at least admit there is no way to do it. Some of us have trusted Microsoft Calendar, and we need to move our data to another online calendar. Even the items on the gmail account do not show up in the gmail calendar. What is the deal here?
