Add "Resend" email function back into New Outlook

Please add the resend email functionality back into the new version of Outlook. This feature is utilized by myself and my team all the time, as each week we make minor changes to the previous weeks emails. I don't want to forward each week's email every time, I just want to hit resend, make any necessary changes, and then send the current updated email only. Not keeping that feature in the new Outlook was a big mistake...

    I strongly support this request. I am currently using Microsoft Outlook Version 1.2024.916.200 (Production) which was released on September 20th of this year.

    As others have noted your programmers have, allegedly, been working to add this feature, which has existed in many previous versions of the product, to the "New" Outlook. A product which, I might add, is now over 3 years old.

    Reverting to "Classic" Outlook to regain this feature is a silly thing to recommend for a product which has been Microsoft's latest and greatest e-mail client for this long. And telling us that Microsoft is "sorry for the inconvenience" is, frankly, insulting.

    Other e-mail clients are available and pretty much all of them have a resend function but Outlook is the 800lb Gorilla worldwide. Your users deserve a much better response than "As we tested and searched from our side, it seems (Seems? You don't know with certainty??) this feature is not yet available in New Outlook (Thanks for telling us what we already know.)..."

    Adding my request to the list. I use this function almost daily, at a minimum weekly for similar use as the original poster.

    The "New Outlook" is absolute and complete garbage. The resend feature has been missing since at least 2021, same is truefor fully functioning search folders. The only reason it has not failed in the marketplace is because corporate IT departments are shoving it down people's throats. At some point is seemed like Microsoft had changed its ways, but now they are back to their old monopolistic ways of bundling sub-standard software. Teams is a prime example. Little to no improvement in usability for 4 years.
