How do we keep formatting when pasting into new signature

We are not yet in a directory environment, so use a copy/paste from a Word template or an older sent email to create signatures. When I try to paste a well formatted signature into the signature block (Accounts/Signatures) for New Outlook, there is no way to remember formatting when pasting. Ctrl+V does not keep the font, hyperlinks or graphic. The only easy way I've found to recreate it is to start in the older version of Outlook, create the signature and then switch to the new version. How can we easily do this right in the new version?

same here, it is so frustrating. i have a company of 25 people i have to create signatures for.

I can not ask them all to recreate the signature once they have pasted it. most of them don't know how to do it.

I am a graphic designer and they are all looking at me like i don't know my job because i cant make it work. embarrassing, time consuming and incredibly frustrating.

AND I've found that if i create it in old MS outlook, its perfect, but when i open new MS Outlook, that signature does not exist!

WHEN are you going to address this?????????

this is an extremely urgent and important fix!

Does not work! Whether right clicking "Paste" or "Paste as Plain Text" the result is the same. The logo does not copy and the formatting is completely lost. This is supposed to the new and better "New" Outlook??

Same for me but the problem is you have to make adjustments and you still can't get it to look the same as you need it to look.

Still, a big issue that needs resolving.

I found a solution that works with html signature

-open the email signature in Edge

    -select the signature

-drag the selected signature into outlook signature box. For some reason, the formatting will be kept

    hope it helps

Our company also has a prescribed format for the signature block. We used to be able to set it up in Word, and then paste formatted information to include corporate font, colors, hyperlinks and images into the signature block. That no longer works, however signatures that had been set up prior to switching to New Outlook are retained.

I researched whether there was a way to set up a master signature that could be customized per user, with title, phone, etc. and did find an article about setting up a corporate signature, but it was static, and could not be customized by user. There should be a way to load a template signature that can be either customized by the user.

    Please:

    1. enable "paste retaining formatting" (font, colors, hyperlinks, images)
    2. corporate signature templates - editable signatures that are pre-populated in the signature section of Outlook
