This morning Outlook updated and I noticed there is a new search bar to search apps, how may I remove this bar?
I do not use apps, do not want to use apps and have no need to search for them.
If this is related to MS Team and conjoining everything, I still want to remove this app search bar in Outlook.
Please help.

Same problem here on Microsoft® Outlook® 2016 MSO (Version 2401 Build 16.0.17231.20194) 32-bit.
I can't understand how this got out.
That monstrous app search bar isn't even clickable or usable for me...
Vanmorgen Outlook bijgewerkt en ik heb gemerkt dat er een nieuwe zoekbalk is om apps te zoeken, hoe kan ik deze balk verwijderen?
Ik gebruik geen apps, wil geen apps gebruiken en hoef er niet naar te zoeken.
Als dit te maken heeft met MS Team en alles samenvoegt, wil ik deze app-zoekbalk in Outlook nog steeds verwijderen.
Help alstublieft.

Ook ik heb hetzelfde probleem.
Goedendag, ik heb hebzelfde probleem, door dit grote app zoek venster is mijn normale zoekvenster gecomprmeerd en niet meer leesbaar, erg vervelend en ongewenst, wie verzint dit?
Ik heb/zie ook geen 'bronnen' optie om dit app zoekveld te elmineren.
I have the same question, It "apperred" when an up data was done and NO ONE has been able to remove the "AppSearch" box yet very frustrating that a "Feature" is added without informing you then all is quiet when you ask how to remove it.
