This morning Outlook updated and I noticed there is a new search bar to search apps, how may I remove this bar?

I do not use apps, do not want to use apps and have no need to search for them.

If this is related to MS Team and conjoining everything, I still want to remove this app search bar in Outlook.

Please help.

Thank you!

Really? Disable updates is your solution? You have no issue with with your solution that disabling updates opens up systems to hacks because we will forget to turn auto-updates back on?https://learn-attachment.microsoft.com/api/attachments/40c4bfb3-c177-4058-8630-999e653e4927?platform=QnA

    Office 2016 professional plus.
Yep, this is negating my ability to use the software for my daily business uses.

Another forced & redundant MSN update!

"uncheck the box next to "Show results as I type" " - There is no such box. This issue remains insolved for EVERYONE here who has reported it.
