Outlook unexpectedly has an App Search bar above the message list
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
This morning Outlook updated and I noticed there is a new search bar to search apps, how may I remove this bar?
I do not use apps, do not want to use apps and have no need to search for them.
If this is related to MS Team and conjoining everything, I still want to remove this app search bar in Outlook.
Please help.
Thank you!

Try updating your Office installation (File > Account > Update Options > Update Now).
The bug should be fixed; see https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/outlook-unexpectedly-has-an-app-search-bar-above-the-message-list-c1bed629-0d4e-42d4-b66e-877cccb74b47.
Merhaba bende de aynı sorun var. Lütfen birisi bu saçmalığa bir çözüm bulabilir mi ?
I have the same issue, only practical way of using the search function is temporarily dragging the column width wider and reducing the preview pane. Not the end of the world but very annoying.
I have the same problem.
After reading that everyone has the issue on the first couple pages, I skipped to page 14.
Not sure if anyone has noticed, but the same App Search bar is in Calendar, too. I saw that yesterday, but initially ignored it.
