This morning Outlook updated and I noticed there is a new search bar to search apps, how may I remove this bar?

I do not use apps, do not want to use apps and have no need to search for them.

If this is related to MS Team and conjoining everything, I still want to remove this app search bar in Outlook.

Please help.

Thank you!

MICROSOFT, PLEASE REMOVE THIS WORTHLESS APP SEARCH BOX. Everyone in our office is complaining about it. We use the search box to find emails ALL DAY LONG and this box is completely in the way of that. We have no need for an App search box in Outlook, it's for EMAIL. If I need to go to an app, I'll direct myself to the appropriate area of my computer to do so.

Not a well planned rollout here...

Not only does the App Search take up half the search bar but it does not even allow me to type anything into the box. Who requested this feature anyway?
