Hi Jordan Ryan1,
Good day.
Thank you for posting to the Microsoft Community. We are glad to assist.
It seems you’re experiencing an issue where tasks assigned in Planner are not showing up in your Outlook To-Do. Let’s troubleshoot this together.
Here are some steps you can follow to ensure that your Planner tasks flow through to Outlook To-Do:
Check Account Consistency:
- Make sure you’re using the same Microsoft account to sign in to both To-Do and Outlook.
Smart Lists and Connected Apps:
- In To-Do or Outlook Tasks on the web, follow these steps:
- Click the Settings button (usually found in the upper right corner).
- Navigate to To-Do Settings.
- Scroll down to the Smart lists section and ensure that Assigned to you is turned On.
- Under Connected apps, for Planner, choose On.
Create a Task in Outlook Desktop:
- Try creating a task directly in Outlook desktop and check if the issue persists.
Hopefully, these steps will help resolve the issue, and your Planner tasks will start showing up in your Outlook To-Do.
If you’re still having trouble, you can try contacting Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learnthe support team will have access to assist remotely and collect logs to investigate the issue from the back end.
I hope this helps let me know if this is contrary to what you need, I would still be helpful to answer more of your questions .
Best Regards
