Tasks in Planner - Assigned to Me. Not Showing in Outlook ToDo

Hi,

I was wondering why my tasks from Planner show up in my ToDo app fine. But in outlook they do not show up.

Please see the My Day in ToDo:

I also Tried the web version:

Would be really useful for this to flow through and I think it should.

    Thanks for the reply Sandra!

    My To Do app settings does not have a connected app option for Planner. Only Flagged emails.

    Any idea why not?

    Hi Chris, be sure to select Planner as the source of tasks in ToDo's parameters:

    My issue is the other way around. Planner assigned tasks show in Desktop Outlook To Do but not in the To Do app.

    Hi all, same issue, I've created a task in "loop" in an email and the task sits assigned to me on the web TODO - great, however it is not appearing in my task side bar and hence - of no value.

    I've had to do a work around (until resolved soon I'm hoping) to flag the email so it appears on the todo side bar.

    I've also done the settings check as described earlier - and no luck.

    I am facing the same issue, where all tasks created in Planner and assigned to me are visible in the To-Do app but do not appear in the Outlook sidebar. Because of this, I cannot pull them directly to my calendar, a feature I would like to use (and is available to all other to-do's). Please help!

    See the image below; only 2 out of the four tasks in "My Day" show on the sidebar:

    The problem is consistent: every to-do assigned to me in the Microsoft Planner App does not appear on the Outlook to-do sidebar.

    The "assigned to me" section isn't even on the sidebar:
