Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
As organisations get more deeply embedded in M365, it shouldn't surprise MSFT that we need our Planner/Tasks/ToDo and Calendar to merge!

Hi,
I was wondering why my tasks from Planner show up in my ToDo app fine. But in outlook they do not show up.
Please see the My Day in ToDo:
Now in outlook it is like this:
Would be really useful for this to flow through and I think it should.

This! Is that too much to ask?
I want to specifically add MS Office [@mention assignments] to your list as well. I love the feature, but it's the same thing as with any of these disconnected methods; some things inevitably end up falling through the cracks for 90% of my team if we allow them to use these cool features. Using these task features needs to be a productivity tool, not a SuperUser hobby. :)
I'm happy that this thread has sparked to life again lately. Let's keep it going - hopefully someone that is in a position to make a difference will hear all of our wheels squeaking!
Same problem here. Just adding to get visibility on this problem, hopefully.
I'm trying to switch to Loop as it meets more of my needs in one place. The tasks assigned to me in Loop will appear in To Do and Planner appropriately but do not appear in the My Day pane at all. I tested tasks Assigned to Me originating in Planner (simply eliminating the extra step between Loop and Planner) and they also do not appear.
I have Planner toggled on under Connected Apps, as suggested previously in this thread.
This is a huge functionality issue as it eliminates the ability to create calendar events from tasks and time block the right way.
I am also experiencing this same issue. The to do plugin in outlook does not show my tasks that were created in planner and are assigned to me. PC user here on the New Outlook app.
