I am trying to copy and paste from one email to another and outlook will not keep the format. This is the new outlook app so there is no File tab like suggested in every other answer.

I am seeing the same issue as well. Microsoft team, please fix this issue ASAP. I have switched to old outlook for now.

There is a 'solution' of sorts which would be near on IMPOSSIBLE to work out without this thread, however the solution only works as long as I don't make any changes to the text or hit the backspace key. As soon as I do that all the formatting disappears again. (Using Outlook for web). It's super frustrating having to reformat every time!
@microsoft - you broke it, you fix it. sort it out!
You and your co-worker are effing God sends. THANK YOU. This was driving me absolutely insane. I've wasted so much time trying to find an answer, reformatting every time would have been faster.
