In Outlook, click Paste on the toolbar, then go to the "Cut, copy, paste" section and change the respective dropdowns to "Keep source formatting".

I am trying to copy and paste from one email to another and outlook will not keep the format. This is the new outlook app so there is no File tab like suggested in every other answer.

I don't understand why Microsoft can't fix it as it was working good for so many years...
Yeah and after I did change them all to "Keep source formatting", it did not keep :(
I am also having this issue and none of these replies have been useful at all to come to a resolution.
