I am trying to copy and paste from one email to another and outlook will not keep the format. This is the new outlook app so there is no File tab like suggested in every other answer.

Solution - Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V as usual, then you will see a small briefcase icon after pasting, either click that or press control button, that will give 3 options in which you can see "paste as is" and other 2 options. Hope this helps!
