Need to create a pst file and upload a previously created pst file into outlook. This was an effortless exercise in classic outlook with readily available option in File menu. How do I get to that functionality in the new outlook.

This path does not exist in the New Outlook desktop app. Which version of Outlook are you referring to?
Yes
On the new Outlook you go to Settings>General>Outlook data files>Add file
You'll be good to go

Has this issue been resolved. I, too, am trying to load a PST file into (new) outlook, but can't seem to find a solution online b/c the new Outlook doesn't have a file option. How do I bring over my old stuff in Outlook?????
