How can I mount a data file (pst) in new outlook. In the classic version this is doable through the File menu which is not available in new outlook.

Need to create a pst file and upload a previously created pst file into outlook. This was an effortless exercise in classic outlook with readily available option in File menu. How do I get to that functionality in the new outlook.

The latest Microsoft Outlook Version is: 1.2025.117.600 (Production)

The latest WebView2 Version is: 132.0.2957.115

However, there is a "Client Version" 20250122010.02 that I have seen and it has the support for psts. I have a brother that works for MSFT and he has it. This implies it came out yesterday based on the name. The Outlook and WebView2 versions my brother has is the same as mine.

However, I can't find this "Client Version" and the latest one I have is Outlook client version 20250116064.07

I would assume we are days away from the public release.

I understand pst support is available in Outlook client version 20250122010.02

Is this a "new" outlook client version and have you tried it?

    Thank you,

If it’s anything like their progress bars and install timers ‘soon’ could mean absolutely anything.

Interesting. Coming soon as of March 28, 2024 (and probably earlier). Here we are in January of 2025 and still "coming soon". Wonder what "soon" means to Microsoft.
