My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

    I can't switch back because I'm on 365

All services are being eroded by MS

I'm investigating who to move to for the services I use. I might move to Apple or Google - I'm checking functionality of systems

Sounds useful; how do you get them both loaded and signed in?

Thank you for letting me know it’s possible.

To start with, I turned the Try the New Outlook switch in Outlook Classic to On. This closed Classic, downloaded Outlook New, and started it. I added some of my accounts to it, verified it worked, and closed it. I then opened Outlook Classic and turned the Try the New Outlook switch OFF again. I now have icons for both in my Start menu, both will start and they will run at the same time.
