My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

I never chose this new outlook emaiol look -- it is stuck in an impossible to use format -- the new email window in tiny
And you make it very difficult to change back to something usable
Yes I do have both icons. If I right click the old outlook icon I do get options but the actual executable file "outlook.exe" does not work anymore. I have double clicked, hit run, hit run as administrator and none of these actions will execute this program. The root directory is C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office \Office 16\OUTLOOK.EXE.
Sorry, this is not an answer but I am curious to know which of the people having this issue own their own copy of Microsoft Office and which us Office 365. Is there a possibility that only owners are having this issue?
