My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

What version of Outlook are you running (File > Office Account > About Outlook)?
1.2024.1204.300
That is Outlook New, not classic. All of the suggestions for registry editing, etc depend on Outlook Classic Desktop being installed and functional prior to the installation of Outlook New. Installing Outlook New has no effect on Classic Desktop, both will run at the same time. The registry stuff is to keep Outlook New from taking over and preventing Classic from launching. If Classic is not already installed, they do nothing.
I have lost all of the information that I had in Outlook Classic. I cannot reach Outlook classic anymore to regain it. I cannot contact a human to find out how to temporarily pull that information into my Outlook (new).
There must be a solution to this. Can anyone help please?
