My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

I find the new Outlook absolutleey dreadful. Slow, lacking clarity,and when you try to send an email, it stay queued in the Drafts box for ages.
Unable to go back to the Classic Outlook as when I try, i can access it, then it quickly disappears off my screen and takes me back to the new Outlook.
I guess Microsoft is not interested in keeping customers. It is not listening to anyone. So many of us prefer the classic outlook as the new one does not work!!
I too want to chime in and say that new outlook is terrible and doesn't work for me. It's so bad I'm sending this using AOL instead. It may well be the end ouf outlook for me forever. I wish you the best. bye/
