Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
I don't have the path that is listed in step 3. When I get to 16.0/Outlook the only option is Resiliency. There is no "Preferences".
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

This did not work for me. the Data field was already set to 0. I can receive messages with the new outlook, but I cannot send any. This makes the new Outlook useless for me and my business.
if i select the old outlook icon from the main menu it still opens the new outlook i do not see toggles cannot get into reg edit office 2021
