My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

The only thing that worked for me is to

    1. Uninstall (New) Outlook
    2. Right-click on the classic Outlook tile and select "more"
    3. Click "Turn Live Tile Off"

This opens classic Outlook without Windows searching for the "new app" that I just uninstalled.

AGREED!! Outlook 2021 is unmitigated dysenteric donkey dung! I LOST 500+ emails that I needed to keep, and STILL cannot send or receive emails! GET RID of this trainload of dung--forget the "Synchronizing" BULLs**t--and give us a program that freakin' WORKS! FFS.

This is ridiculous!!!! Put the olds system back. This new version is useless, worthless and does not work. I am trying to run my medical practice and getting my mail is very important. Do away with the new version. Or, at least give people an option. Do not dictate what we can use. Oh, and your instructions are useless as they do not fix the issues! Looks as if we are going to trash Microsoft and go all Apple. Your loss. Outlook is the worst.

    Hello,

    I navigated to: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences

However, there was no UseNewOutlook listed in that category.

    Thank you.
