My outlook is stuck on the new version. How to go back to classic version?

My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

On the corporate machine I use, the MSO suite (including Outlook client) is installed in 'machine-context'.

Switching to 'Outlook (new)' installs the client latest version in 'my user-context' (an account which has no admin permissions on the machine).

The only way for me to go back to 'classic' Outlook client was to turn off the client and uninstall 'Outlook (new)'.

This has not removed my Outlook profile, but please verify in your environment.

    Cheers,

    Tomasz
