My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

Did not work. I followed these instructions.

    1. From the Windows Start Menu, type “Registry Editor” in the search box and select the Registry Editor app.
    2. Navigate to the following path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences
    3. Scroll to the bottom of the list to and double click on UseNewOutlook.
    4. Enter 0 in the Value Data field.
    5. Attempt to launch classic Outlook for Windows from the Windows Start Menu.

In the meanwhile, here is an article, you can refer to Toggling out of the new Outlook for Windows preview - Microsoft Support.

    Did not work.

    I'm in the HKey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft

I open the Office File and then open Outlook. Under that, I cannot see any Preference selection. I am eager to use the Classical Outlook. Thank you.

I found that in new outlook, when you go to the help menu, there is an option to return to old outlook.

    That worked, thanks!

I need someone from Microsoft to remote into my computer to fix. Our IT person deleted Outlook NEW and it was somehow connected to Outlook classic so now I can not use classic at all.
