My outlook is stuck on the new version. How to go back to classic version?

My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

    Hi Hal - This is the one outlook that stayed the same .. in which I would like to have the other account I sent a screen shot before to take it back to this format. How to.?

    This is the one I would like to take back to the original outlook. And as you can see under HELP there is not options to back to classic.

    Outlook on the Web does not have the toggle, Outlook New has it. As I said, the image you posted is from OWA, not Outlook classic. Is it in your Start menu?

    In my version, the toggle in Outlook (new) is on the Help menu:

    I have two different emails personal and non personal Hotmail accounts. The one I sent you did not change my personal account is the one that changed.

    Noteworthy is when I added my personal to the unchanged account when I scroll down and to open the personal email it appears in the new outlook form.

    But when I open from the same non-personal it is still the old version. (which I want)

    Therefore something is connected to that Hotmail account keeping it stuck on the new version.

    Do you know how to disconnect such?
