My outlook is stuck on the new version. How to go back to classic version?

My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

    I hate Microsoft!!! Always causing one problem after the next.😡 Now my Outlook program is all messed up and I can't switch back.

    when I attempt to start old Outlook it only gives me option of new and the button is missing

    These are both Outlook on the Web (OWA) through a web browser, neither Outlook Classic nor Outlook New are involved. The first shot has the Reading Pane showing, the second image does not. To turn off the Reading Pane, View > Reading Pane > Hide.
