My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

Good question. What happens is I click on the toggle and then it asks if I want to try loading in safe mode. It doesn't matter if I click yes or no, outlook just shuts. I can use the web browser version or the new version.
Do you have both Outlook icons in your start menu? Normally, both will install and run at the same time.
Do you get any error messages when it "just kicks me out of outlook."? Please post it/them, please. Thanks!
The Registry does not list or have the listed option od 'UseNewOutlook" referred to in the 'Scroll to the bottom of the list to and double click on UseNewOutlook.' instruction.
I am having a similar problem. The toggle, which I have used fequently, is present, but trying to toggle in safe mode or regular just kicks me out of outlook. The key you list above- UseNewOutlook is not prent and not found in a search of the registry. Annoying since the new outlook is not really functional yet.
