My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

No. I do not
Thank you. I will try it when I log in again
After lots of searching, I came across a remedy (only temporary but works), for this problem. Right click on the Start menu. Select installed apps and hit enter. Then scroll down to find Microsoft 365 and click on the """ (that's the three (3) dots) and select Modify. Click on Modify and the select Repair, either Quick Repair. This works for me however, I seem to have to repeat this often. I haven't found a permanent fix yet so if someone does come across an answer, please let me know.
I hope this helps out.
Oh, this was helpful for me. My icon for the classic version was deleted from the start menu and track bar during the latest upgrade, but outlook classic was still in the Program Files directory. I should have looked there. I can't switch back and forth to compare the attempts to nudge the new outlook along. I now can use either. Thank you.
