My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

    Hi Allen.

I am having trouble with the NEW Outlook version.

Some of my folders do not appear.

I have not been able to switch back from NEW to Classic.

The previously available toggle switch is no longer available.

I followed all the steps in your advice and navigated in the Registry Editor to

    Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences.

But "Use New Outlook" does not appear in that list.

Can you help me please as I desperately need to switch back to Outlook Classic to access all my folders.

    Cheers.

    Tony

I believe that will allow to download and install Classic Outlook; I have the Family subscription which includes Outlook and apps like Excel and Word.
