My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

No, it only shows the new one. It doesn't show the option of classic at all. This is a new computer with a new office subscription bought in Dec 2024. I'm also not seeing the exe file there. I'm seeing:

Hi Allen, When I get to
there's no option to go to preferences. the only opens are to click into default, a reg_sz file or go into account which has another reg_sz file. what do I do to get back to the old outlook?

I can't directly open up my email. Unless I go different pages. Takes long time to emails to be expired.
