My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

The toggle to Classic Outlook has been moved to Outlook New's Help menu:

Outlook New has no effect on Outlook Classic, both will coexist and run at the same time; I have it set up in this fashion on the computer I'm using to post this comment. If Outlook Classic seems to have disappeared, this Support article might help:

There is no toggle in my new outlook allowing me the switch back to classic.

I can successfully finish step 1-3 in your above instruction, but there is no UseNewOutlook in my list so I cannot change anything. How can I just remove this new outlook and reinstall the Classic Outlook?
