My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

I have followed the registry edit instructions above and there is no UseNewOutlook listed under the Outlook pathway preferences.

I did not elect to have the "New" Outlook forced on me and I have 5 years' worth of work emails and subfolders that I can not now access. Please tell me how to get my old Outlook back!

Do you have both Outlook types installed? Are both in your Start menu?

Do you have Classic Outlook installed? If not, this article may help:

You can't open classic Outlook on a new Windows PC - Microsoft Support

If you have it, Settings > Apps > Default Apps, set Email to Outlook instead of Outlook New.
