My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

Hi Allan, I , like thousands of other hate the new outlook and keep uninstalling the new one only to find it back there when I next open my lap top, it seems you have made this new outlook like a virus and no one can get rid of it, I am coping with my 86 yr old husband who has Dementia and the stress this problem is causing is adding to my already very stressful life. Please help do you have someone there in customer service who can take over my laptop and change it back to the Classic Outlook for good please. Kind regards Ann Mackenzie

My problem is with Hotmail and it all started with the new outlook. Emails from my hotmail, sent to any other email address (@gmail, @yahoo, etc), are received but any emails sent to @hotmail.com are not received. My husband and I both have hotmail accounts (have had them since its inception) and we can no longer communicate hotmail to hotmail. My rating for Microsoft Support is -100. Pathetic.

I have experienced the corruption of classic Outlook on two computers now and cannot fix it using the suggested Registry Editor procedure as when I scroll down to the bottom of the list as stated, no line item exists for "UseNewOutlook". Am I missing something here?

So far no one has come up with a simple way to go back to classic outlook, I have delete the new outlook every day from my apps , no matter how many times I do this the next time I turn my laptop on there it is , it is just like a virus and it is so annoying to say the least and god forbid we are going to be stuck with the new version at the end of the year. As Microsoft is the only platform we can use they have got us over a barrel I have told them why did you change to this useless hard to follow version, IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT
