My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

No Kevin, what I need to do is find the old classic Outlook software so I could download it again because when I go to the Help Tab it still starts with the new version DUHHHHH!  The new version is ridiculous. I get a bunch of SPAM mail that I didn't get before with the Classic Outlook. The pages take 20-30 seconds to load up!!!!!! ****? I should have never downloaded this. It's my fault. You want to help me. Send me a Link to the Old version Classic Outlook. The rest I know how to do. I live in San Jose Ca SILICON VALLEY of the world. I even tried the Registry Editor instructions somebody wrote on the MS website and that didn't work.
