My email does not have the toggle option in the top right corner to get the classic outlook back. There is no longer the old outlook in the store either. I have also tried the steps in registry editor and that didn’t work out either.

In Outlook for windows or in the app you can go to Settings > General > About Outlook and there you should see a button saying "open mail now". This is working as of September 15th, 2024 and I have windows 10 installed. They sail the old "mail and calendar" app will only be supported up until December 31st, 2024. I believe afterwards it will permanently redirect you to the new outlook.
