NEW Outlook will not print in Landscape view

The NEW Outlook will NOT print in landscape mode.

I do not get a choice when I click on PRINT. If I go to VIEW, I get to choose from Day, Week, Month etc. Nothing else.

Calendar settings and Print settings (i.e. the cog wheel icon) do not offer any options at all regarding landscape or portrait view.

I have another computer for which I have NOT upgraded to the NEW Outlook and fortunately, it can still print in Landscape mode with it. I also know that shifting to the NEW Outlook will become mandatory later this year.

This is extremely frustrating and so far, nobody has offered anything in the way of a solution.

    Is Microsoft taking any notice?

    No - as usual. By making senseless changes to the look, feel and function of their operating system and apps, they reduce the efficiency of my entire office staff, all of whom now need to re-learn the programs and are much less effective with their usual tasks. Their programmers may think this is fun, but our staff does not. For the amount we pay for the "privilege" of being under Microsoft's thumb, we should get better treatment. Not only are they not taking notice, but they also do NOT care.

    This worked for me, on Outlook 365 for Mac:

    Before selecting File, Print, select File, Page Setup.

    On the Page Setup popup window, select Landscape in the Orientation field.

    Now select File, Print. You will see it is going to print in Landscape.

    Thanks for the reply. When following these same steps in Windows 10, the landscape view will print, but it does not automatically scale to be printed on one page--it bleeds onto a second page.

    This is the problem I’ve had all along. If Microsoft don’t rectify I will go to the Google calendar which looks very good to me, and has all over favourable reviews. It’s just that I’m an old dog, reluctant to change, but will change if I have to, as it is important to me that I can get a good looking monthly calendar on an A4 landscape sheet as I presently do in the “old” Outlook.
